All My Biceps is a fictional medical drama in soap opera format.

"All My Biceps" is a very dramatic and romantic show. It has been going on for more than eighteen years, and one of the most discussed topic by its fans are when or if Blonda and Dr. Poof Everwish would kiss since there appears to be a love connection between the two. After many years, the director was finally planning a boring, anticlimactic kiss between the two, but before he could execute his plan, Wanda and Blonda improvised another scene in the show, causing even more viewers to get hooked to the show. Its name is a reference to All My Children. Despite the fact, like Susan Lucci, Blonda is popular with the fans. Shortly after they assumed each other's lives and discovered just how tough they both have it. Blonda is a direct parody of Susan Lucci, in that, despite being favored by fans, has always been passed up for a "Zappy Award" (the Fairy World version of an Emmy Award) for her work on a famous soap opera. It also may be a reference to "I Love Lucy"

"All My Biceps" is first mentioned in Blondas Have More Fun, where it is revealed that Wanda's twin sister Blonda stars in it. Apparently, it is also Jorgen Von Strangle's favorite show despite his tough, sadistic behavior.
