A Sash and a Rash is the eighth episode of Season 10.

Plot

Chloe gets a rash which she thinks her stress caused, so she wishes to change into a slacker. How will Timmy get her back to normal?

Synopsis

Mr. Crocker announces the winner: Timmy... not. Instead Chloe is the winner and gets the sash as a reward. Later, she finds she has a rash...
