A Sash and a Rash is the eighth episode of Season 10.

Synopsis[]

Timmy convinces Chloe to wish she was a slacker after she gets a supposed stress rash.

Plot[]

The episode opens in Dimmsdale Elementary School, where Mr. Crockes and Mrs. Crocker gift the annual Dimmsdale person of the year award to Timmy, but he fooled him and revealed it is actually Chloe. Cosmo thought it was him, and Wanda reminds him that he is not a person, but an eraser. Crocker presents the award for Chloe, that is the Mayor's sash carried by Chompy the Goat to the class. Chloe is honored, but didn't feel completely worthy of the award, but Crocker affirms her that she is better than all the other students and is the only thing stopping him from becoming pure evil. Crocker gives the sash to Chloe, and gets hit by the goat in return.

Later in the day, Chloe is scratching her arm due to rash that is on it, as Wanda notices. Timmy suggests that she go see Nurse Quack, but Chloe being Person of the Year says she doesn't have time, as she has to hug feral cats, help people, and teach clowns to be funny, feed hyenas all during lunch break. So she storms off to help people in her motor scooter. Chloe drives in a hurry, as she throws meat at hyenas, stop cars from moving to allow old people to cross the street, who thank her in return. Then, she goes to the circus and silently turn tells the clowns to smile, in which they do, turning the crying to children into ones that are entertained. In the cat shelter, the cats are feral, but get comforted easily as Chloe hugs them.

Mr. Turner signals for Chloe's help nearby. Chloe goes to see what's wrong, and Mr. Turner, on a pool, bought a nuclear submarine from the Russians and it is gone Kaputen. He also asks why does it show a sign that says "OPANOST!" which he mistakes as "Pastanost". Chloe tells him that it is Russian for "Danger!", because it is having a meltdown. Chloe rewires the nuclear submarine to its safety, where it is secured and no longer in Danger. She then leaves back to School, scratching her arm in itchiness.

In the Turner house, Timmy is playing a videogame, but Chloe barges in after seeing Nurse Quack, and it appears that Chloe's rashes have gotten worse due to stress and constant itchiness, as the stress is making Chloe's rash worse. Timmy shares a wisdom to Chloe, that is to slack off and relax and uses a horn to correct her. Cosmo, who is filled with rash, tells her that he is a great slacker, as he hasn't even bothered to show up in the slacker magazine. Timmy tells Chloe to lay on the bed and play a videogame, where she smacks a guy's moles, in which she does, but gets distracted by her itchiness and desire to be best. Timmy then tells Chloe to wish to be a slacker, in which she wishes to be the biggest slacker ever. The wish turns her into messy clothes and tired voice.

At Chloe's house, Timmy goes to start preparing for school, only to notice Chloe's room is messy as she lays on the bed. Chloe has become a complete slacker, but her rashes are all gone. Timmy asks if she is ready to go to school now, but she doesn't want to and is staying on her bed. Timmy wants copy his homework, but she hasn't done it and doesn't seem to care about it, which is unusual for Chloe.

At the Elementary School, Timmy informs Mr. Crocker that Chloe is not coming, which upsets him heavily to a breakdown, where he yells at a bunch of stuff due to Chloe's absence. This causes Crocker to turn into a hideous monster (taking on the appearance of a "hunchback"), he opens the window and jumps out. Timmy goes outside, only to notice from Chet Ubetcha that all the stuff Chloe worked on became worse and things have gotten pretty freaky, as scary clowns are chasing children, with rabbid hyenas on the loose. There is also old people stuck on the road, with Mr. Turner having the submarine on top of his car, which still says "OPANOST!", as Mr. Turner want to move the submarine before it blows. The angry feral cats also turn into a whirling angry cat-nado, that is storming across in the street. Everyone yells for Chloe's help, and Timmy goes to the room to ask her to fix all the chaos, but she shows complete lack of care, and throws the sash on Timmy for him to do it. Timmy realizes that he is itchy and having a rash right after he got the sash, which makes him realize that the sash was the reason all along for Chloe getting the rash, due to it covered with goat fleas from Chompy. Chloe then unwwishes the wish, and goes along to fix all the mess. The cat-nado gets worse and Timmy wishes to stop it, but the wands get taken away by the storm, along with Cosmo and Wanda. Timmy gives up, but Chloe assures that she can fix the mess, as she storms in and hugs the cats, stopping the cat-nado. She then does the duties as she throws meat at the hyenas, then makes the clowns smile, help old people cross the street, and stop the nuclear submarine from blowing off and gives Mr. Turner nose pasta, which weirds him out. Crocker then turns back into normal, upon seeing and appreciated by Chloe, he gets excited but then attacked by hyenas as he was holding meat.

Timmy tells Chloe that she inspired him to show up in the slacker magazine, in which he does finally. Crocker gets chased by a hyena, and Mr. Turner gets confused of nose pasta, as the episode ends.
