A Bad Case Of Diary-Uh! is the fifth episode of Season 4.

Plot

After Vicky uses a truth serum to make Timmy Turner spill his deepest, darkest fears, she uses this knowledge to humiliate him in front of his school. Seeking revenge, Timmy wishes for Vicky's diary so that he can use her secrets against her.

Timmy gets his hands on Vicky's diary, though Wanda rejects the idea before Timmy states that Vicky thinks "the pink squirrel looked fat" which enrages Wanda. Cosmo also objects, as he too has a diary, but Wanda wants revenge. They try everything disgusting to make Vicky look bad in front of Winston, a boy that she likes. However he enjoys her being disgusting. Timmy and Wanda then manage to get Winston to like another girl when Vicky blurts out her worst secrets. Timmy then gets new babysitters that are worse than Vicky and realizes he must fix what he has done.
