  • This episode features Timmy's deepest darkest secrets (except his allergy to sauerkraut) (clowns, oranges, feet) and Vicky's darkest secrets (shoplifting, bovinephobia, cheating, sucking her thumb, and wiping boogers in history books)
  • This is the second appearance of Dimmsdale High School.
  • This is the first time we see Cosmo's diary, Vicky's diary, and Winston's diary.
  • It is weird that Wanda suggests some violent ways to deal with Vicky, but after this episode, she thinks of non-violent methods.
  • This is the first episode where Cosmo is the one disagreeing.

Allusions

  • A Bad Case Of Diary-Uh! - "Diary-Uh" is a pun off "Diarrhea".
  • Austin Powers - Winston Dunsworth's character have a similar appearance and similar aspects to Austin Powers like: Bad Teeth, British-Descent and Dark Yellow-like hair, but still able to catch girls' hearts very easily.
  • Walmart - The place where Vicky tried to get a make over is named a "Wall 2 Wall Mart", similar with real-life mall "Walmart"

Running Gags

  1. Timmy getting injected with Vicky's truth serum to make him reveal the truth of something.
  2. Whenever Winston Dunsworth sees/smells something undesirable or disgusting, he says "It reminds me of the hunt!". This also counts for Cosmo, who, at the end of the episode to end the running gag, says he's "scared of the hunt".
  3. Wanda suggesting violent and painful methods of revenge for Vicky after learning Vicky thinks she is fat, the gag ending with the "thug method".
  4. Timmy and Wanda laughing evilly inside a flashlight until the light burns out.
  5. Timmy using a wish to make Vicky look bad at Dunsworth, but it usually backfires.
