If you particularly heard this sound effect on few or some episodes (when Timmy is doing something in slow motion, particularly the action scene Odd, Odd West), you might heard that one.
It is also used by other productions (also by other companies) as well. In order to identify the sound effect, search using this website using the word "slow motion".
Although it doesn't resemble bullet time scene from The Matrix, it does sound like metal colliding a metal.
Since Season 10 of FOP was panned by critics and fans of the show, I would tell which Fairly Odd Parents seasons are better:
To most of you who watched the official channel of Fairly Odd Parents, I know that the TV versions of Season 1-5 episodes were similar than the YouTube versions. However, here are some similarites/differences about the official YouTube channel of FOP:
* The Nickelodeon logo don't appear on top of the Fairly Odd Parents logo on international airings and YouTube versions. However, those countries who have Nickelodeon retained the logo on top of the Fairly Odd Parents logo.
* Almost all of the videos of Season 1-5 episodes replaced the scenes that jumped into with a minimal black screen.
